About Michael Perez

I began my engineering career in transportation and had an early focus in construction management and program management. Over time I progressed from field positions to Project Manager on multiple CM projects. Eventually I became an Area Construction Manager with responsibility for Transportation, Transit, and Aviation construction management projects. Eventually I moved into Operations Management of a multi-office, full service engineering operation which included planning, design, construction management and program management services. I have been in operations management roles through four major acquisitions and have a unique perspective of intergrating operations. Throughout my career and I have been directly involved with business development and client management. My current focus is operational excellence and aggresive growth of all KCI Technologies business lines in Texas. KCI Technologies is committed to growth in Texas, and we are actively seeking acquisition candidates and recruiting key management staff for multiple disciplines within Texas.
