In my career, I\'ve had the opportunity to successfully manage the Operations of a 10 person 3rd party Recruiting firm. I have built or rebuilt high performance teams in Talent Acquisition and serve as a mentor and manager not just for my immediate team but for cross functional associates. My prior role was the AEC Sr TA Mgr with 6 reports included overseeing daily recruiting operations of a $450M business with 300 requisitions filled in a year while also managing my own requisition load.
