We carefully select our roster of top talent and coach them in the field of auditioning, salary negotiations, diction, and everything that is needed to kick start their careers.THE FOUNDERSOur founders are Michael Pegher, Dodo Husmann, and Jared Ice. Michael and Jared are both professional opera singers from the US who have been in the German theater system for over a decade. They understand what a theater is looking for in a singer and can prepare young students for their careers at a German opera house. Dodo brings in a decade of experience in the corporate business world, having specialized in sales and marketing. Together, this trio is aiming to help young opera singers shed light on the daunting task of becoming a professional singer.
