   Engaged Nation leverages decades of experience in casino operations, marketing, and technology to create innovative web-based gamified marketing solutions.Here, apart from overseeing the day-to-day operations, I provide strategic leadership across the technology and email divisions, including managing cross-functional teams, defining financial and business development strategies, and rolling out new initiatives. In doing so, I work closely with the CEO. I also track KPIs to pinpoint and address areas of performance improvement. As a result of this proactive planning and execution, I have played a key role in setting the organization on track to double YoY revenue. One of my many accomplishments here involved building the email division for casino businesses from the ground up. To this end, I drove Salesforce Marketing Cloud adoption and training to streamline customer onboarding. I created a value proposition for the new offerings by steering email marketing campaigns, showcasing the product at industry-specific tradeshows, and offering the service at a cost-effective rate.Furthermore, I ensure continuous process improvement by instituting performance tracking mechanisms. For instance, I use Xero for financial performance tracking, budgeting, and forecasting. Moreover, I also analyze employee performance by holding periodic review meetings. By developing such open communication channels, I have established trust-based relationships with my teams.
