In this role, I have been developing leadership across 20 sites in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, writing and facilitating practical but powerful learning to senior leadership, and middle management.By building trusting relationships across the business, I have successfully helped improve leadership performance by up to 100% over 18 months, based upon perceptual feedback.I’ve also been instrumental in the implementation of SuccessFactors, developing systems training and an all in one learning platform for management and users.I’ve also developed a feedback process that accurately measures the effectiveness of 90 development activities, across the business gathered from perceptions and feedback. In the past 18 months, I have developed a middle management program for supervisors that offers entry-level leadership skills and management techniques. Having delivered to over 250 people in the business, most of whom I’ve never received management training before, i have achieved a 92% approval rating in face-to-face facilitation.
