I am a commercial litigator who leverages my experience in entertainment, media and intellectual property litigation to counsel clients through novel and challenging disputes. I have guided clients through a diverse array of claims, including breach of contract, fraud, trademark and copyright infringement, false advertising, defamation and unfair competition, as well as helped clients with emerging issues such as the scope of Section 230 for Internet-related businesses. As a litigator, I have significant experience at many levels of California state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations, mediations, and other dispute-resolution settings. I have handled cases at nearly every stage, from pre-filing and pleadings, depositions and discovery, summary judgment and ultimately to preparation for trial. I work closely with clients to fully understand their goals and develop a case strategy, hand-in-hand with the client, to achieve them.
