I am working as a part time employee for MTSI on specific cybersecurity projects that require my expertise in policy and RMF implementation. I have experience on large scale, complex computer security projects from initiation phase through AO accreditation. Some examples are the F-22A Avionics Suite and Integrated Maintenance Information System, the Battlefield Information System (BIS) and the B-2 SATCOM upgrade. I performed Information Assurance security evaluations for government contractors regarding compliance with relevant regulations. JSIG/NIST RMF/DAAPM, ICD 503, NISPOM, and SAP specific items. My duties have included reviewing SSP\'s (System Security Plans) for technical accuracy, regulatory compliance (NIST RMF/JSIG/DAAPM/ ICD / JSIG, NISPOM) and make recommendations to Approval Officer (AO) for approval or disapproval. I conducted security reviews (audits) at government and DoD industry partner sites required to comply with government regulations such as JSIG, NISPOM and DAAPM. My jobs have also included site management of large contracts and over 75 assigned employees. I was responsible for hiring, retention and removal of personnel. As a community wide thought leader, I maintain a Cybersecurity Security Education and computer security jobs mailing list that is comprised of over cleared Cybersecurity / Information Assurance practitioners across the world.
