I have joined Oracle\'s OCI team in its ambitious push to become the tech sector\'s leading provider of cloud databases, cloud applications, and the construction and operation of data centers for cloud and AI workloads. In addition to solving ways to unlock MW capacity as quickly as possible for OCI\'s active and planned infrastructure projects globally, our team drives progress towards Oracle\'s 100% renewable energy goal, halving our global operational emissions by 2030 and reaching net zero by 2050.Throughout my post-MBA renewable energy career on the buy-side and on the sell-side, I’ve originated and executed more than 6 GW of wholesale wind, solar and BESS PPAs across Europe and most major US energy marketplaces (CAISO, WECC, ERCOT, PJM, SPP, MISO-N and MISO-S). Prior to leading renewable energy procurement and investment strategy at Oracle, Microsoft and Walmart, I spent many years at NextEra and EDF leading sell-side origination of wholesale renewable energy supply to load-serving utilities, and structuring retail-sleeved renewables supply to Commercial & Industrial (C&I) buyers. My specialties include energy market fundamentals, demand analysis, tax equity investing, REC trading, microgrids, onsite/rooftop solar + BESS, RFP management, and renewable energy project asset management and reporting.The aspects of my daily work that I most enjoy are building strong long-term dealmaking relationships, leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, and applying my analytical lens to zoomed-in problem-solving and big-picture strategy creation.
