About Michael Panich
After graduating from Brown, I have accumulated more than 23 years of experience in finance and real estate investment. I have worked in acquisitions, asset management, development, and disposition roles for both established private equity firms and in smaller entrepreneurial settings. I have been involved in more than $6 billion of equity and debt transactions across all asset types (including senior/assisted living, healthcare, hospitality, and data centers). Having worked nationwide, in Europe, and in emerging markets, I understand and follow global economic trends.

The Los Angeles-based company was founded in 2008 to focus on value-add and opportunistic strategies in the multifamily, mixed-use and office sectors. In my current role, I am responsible for the sourcing, acquisition, and asset management of all commercial properties. I am also deeply engaged with our stable of equity relationships and limited partners, as well as creating new relationships within the capital markets.
