anitya is a metaverse-like web app for users to share, explore, and create experiences. Developed functional and aesthetically pleasing UI for anitya.Worked alongside a UX designer with frequent communication to deliver functional and accessible UI. This has included iterating on existing UI after the designer has decided to change the design.Utilized a PostgreSQL database in order to save user account and experience information, with asynchronous calls and failsafes in place should the user decide to try and send multiple database calls.Programmed easily understood code with comments and checks for invalid data, such as simple null checks. Frequently explained this code to other team members.Helped onboard new team members, such as with setting up a local Github repository, and how to make pushes to the remote Github repository.
