As Adjunct Professor in this Bilingual program with approximately 1,400 classroom hours, I teach business development, auditing, human resource management, leadership, cash management, labor relations, production, finance, basic and advanced accounting, federal taxes. I have prepared and delivered various seminars for graduate students on negotiation and interviewing. As part of faculty I have received training in online courses development of material preparation, adult education, and pedagogy. I have also served as the university’s Lead Faculty. My duties included, in-class auditing of professors, reviewing challenge test, authorizing course equivalences as requested by students from outside classes; assist in the program’s interview and selection process for professorial candidates, reviewing faculty files for agency audits, coordinated the logistics for the Faculty and Curriculum Department and participating in community events to promote the university and recruit new students and faculty.
