Customer Interaction: • Communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries. • Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and report them to the company as needed. Post-Trip Inspection: • Perform post-trip inspections to identify any maintenance needs or issues that occurred during the trip. • Report any mechanical problems or necessary repairs to the maintenance team. Documentation and Reporting: • Complete all required paperwork, including delivery receipts, logbooks, and inspection reports. • Use electronic logging devices (ELDs) as mandated by regulations.
