Allowing said customers to minimize downtime and maximize profit-Collaborate with customer\'s engineering, purchasing, compliance, and management to facilitate the \"ease\" of working with Standard Electric. Act as the \"point person\" for all customer requests-Work with supplier and manufacturer reps, to partner and provide solutions and pricing for our mutual OEM and MRO customers in the Greater Milwaukee area-2016 Outstanding Teamwork Award for Standard Electric. Myself and an Engineer at Standard Electric won this award for showing the best teamwork and collaboration at a large local business. Together we found and implemented numerous sensing applications at a customer where we were getting $0 in sensing business. Still growing this business as of today-2015 to 2018, Associate Counsel of Standard Electric. Elected to a select group of Standard Electric employees that overseas, facilitates, and implements changes in culture and process at Standard Electric. We meet once a month to review and facilitate ideas submitted by all employees at Standard Electric. Ideas can consist of cost savings or cultural changes that help Standard Electric continue to be a top place to work at in Milwaukee.2020 to current: Standard Electric Internal Audit Team. Standard Electric is proud of being an ISO 9001 company. When needed, I preform audits of our internal departments other than my own. This is required to be ISO 9001. This also allows me to become more familiar with our departments and what is important to our customer and manufacturing partners.
