Designed and implemented an original solution for integrating Bizzdesign architectural repository with EIM (Planview, Troux) allowing for frequent exchange with high volume architectural data - incrementally.• Provided thought leadership across multiple groups of modellers and support to programme and project teams and external consultancy contractors.• As a senior member of Group EA team, developed HSBC reference Metamodels, architecture modelling standards, policies and recommendations, was heavily involved in knowledge sharing by means of internal training, architectural forums and collaboration tools, as well as data integration and EA process governance.• Facilitated adoption of BIAN framework and alignment of HSBC Capability Model and mapping of Business Services taxonomy to the respective BIAN counterparts.
