I am a Toronto-based Canadian and US licensed corporate lawyer. Much of my practice focuses on transactional legal work including the purchase and sale of businesses, management buy-outs, succession planning, and corporate/tax reorganizations. As a member of the firm\'s cross-border group, I regularly work with Canadian and international clients.I work with clients at all stages of a deal from identifying business objectives, advising on the legal options for reaching such objectives and executing on a defined course of action. Apart from the transactional work, I regularly advise business owners on various day-to-day legal matters including commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and regulatory/licensing matters. Prior to my current position, I worked at the Toronto offices of a large US-based international law firm.
