Currently hybrid working for Torus as a Performance Analyst. I\'m based in Liverpool and work within Performance & Risk, specialising in customer satisfaction. Previously worked for Riverside, also within the housing sector. I provide powerful MI, data insight analysis/commentary and essential system maintenance/performance. I have 15 years of HR experience from previous roles, mainly in banking and financial services (RBS, HSBC and M&S Bank). I’ve also worked for a law firm, a local government and a global sales company. I have managed teams and been involved with huge projects on data implementation/migration of a new cloud based system (Oracle) and several accompanying modules (expenses, helpdesk, learning, performance and recruitment). Systems knowledge includes Delighted, Excel, Oracle, Pentana and PowerPoint.
