ENOWA will be the catalyst of the energy transition, using circular design and ground-breaking technologies to realize NEOM’s ambition and introduce a new model for urban sustainability powered by 100% renewable energy and a smart network that distributes high-standard water to all of NEOM, while exporting clean industrial resources & sustainable solutions to the world.My role includes responsibilities for:• Establishing strategic procurement requirements in line with the ENOWA Energy targets and procurement guidelines.• Managing, organizing and supervising the ENOWA Grid Procurement and Contracts management function to ensure that all commercial, procurement and contract management strategies on behalf of ENOWA across all NEOM projects.• Managing the development of sourcing strategies in line with Distribution Systems Operations plan and operational needs and ensure coordination with relevant stakeholders.• Negotiating, drafting contracts, agreements and other documents, in alignment with the legal team to ensure all requirements are met in accordance with established policies and procedures, whilst mitigating business risk.• Developing contracts performance measurement metrics to ensure contracts are evaluated based on clear KPIs, and contracts lifecycle is managed effectively in alignment with procurement and contracting strategies.
