Manage leadership and organization development function responsible for programs that support building a robust and diverse talent pipeline. Responsibilities: Led annual employee engagement survey initiative, which included data management, survey analytics, correlation analysis, action planning facilitation, and executive presentations. Realized an increase in employee engagement (+4%) and increased survey participation rate to 90%(+7%). Conducted organization-wide culture assessment using interviews, focus groups as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis of over 45 data sets. Conducted survey analytics for DE & I initiatives. Provide team development assessments and facilitation using DiSC, 5 Behaviors of a Cohesive Team and StrengthFinders.
