My role focuses on empowering jobseekers by offering: Employment Support & Coaching – Assisting participants with CV writing, job applications, interview preparation, and job searching. Programme Delivery & Case Management – Managing a diverse caseload, developing personalised action plans, and supporting individuals with disabilities, mental health challenges, and housing insecurity. Advocacy & Signposting – Liaising with local authorities, MPs, employers, and training providers to ensure participants receive the right support. Connecting individuals to benefits advice, mental health services, and vocational training opportunities. Community Engagement & Employer Liaison – Building strong relationships with local employers to create job placements, training opportunities, and recruitment events. Administration & Reporting – Maintaining accurate case records, tracking participant progress, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding and data protection policies.Passionate about making a difference, I strive to remove barriers to employment and help individuals rebuild their confidence, skills, and independence.
