   Current DEU Certified • Train new HR staff, conduct quality assurance, and approve recruit packages • Serve as primary point of contact and liaison between contractor team and Federal Agencies. Oversight for team that performs the following staffing functions: • Create specialized experience statements and develop job analysis based on information provided by the managers. • Develop, edit and post vacancy announcements based on the area of consideration requested. • Utilize USAStaffing for posting vacancies and rating/ranking/tracking applicants. • Create Assessment Questionnaires for use in USAStaffing, including selective placement factors, quality ranking factors, and technical questions • Provide guidance to HR Specialists regarding recruitment issues such as area of consideration, eligibility, and hiring authorities. • Review applications and determining basic qualifications, veterans preference, noncompetitive eligibility, and federal status. • Determine veterans preference by reviewing DD-214s, SF-15s and VA letters. • Identify competitive service Federal employees and people eligible under special hiring authorities. • Issue certificates to selecting officials and audit the certificates upon receipt
