Lead all phases of land surveying operations, including legal research, title resolution, boundary analysis, topographic and cadastral mapping, right-of-way mapping, and subsurface utility engineering (SUE).Manage real estate and right-of-way functions encompassing the acquisition and disposition of real property, as well as the deterrence, removal, and permitting of encroachments.
