ENMAX Power\'s High-Risk Task (HRT) program is part of our broader Human & Organizational Performance strategy within Field Services. It empowers frontline workers—the experts in performing the work—to identify tasks where errors could be life-threatening, life-altering, or life-ending. We then use their knowledge and a cross-functional approach to build additional capacity to fail safely through Learning Teams.In this role, I develop the overarching strategy for the HRT program: establishing precise terminology, building processes that ensure High-Risk Tasks are addressed promptly, and determining the appropriate technology to support program delivery.
