Current Position: Head of Offshore Transmission for WSP. Leading a dedicated team of engineers and experts within the HVAC, HVDC energy transmission spectrum. Previously-Project Manager at Xlinks within the HVDC team tasked with delivery of the Sila Atlantik Project’s HVDC interface. Alongside this, managed the development and implementation of submarine canyon crossing strategy for the Morocco-UK Power Project-Lead Engineer with JDR Cable Systems Ltd, TechnipFMC Umbilicals Ltd. and Baker Hughes.Experienced engineer and team leader with successful track record and delivery of subsea umbilical and HVAC power cables for the Oil and Gas and Renewables industries. Main skillset resides within engineering delivery and project management. Alongside this I have also delivered and commissioned CAPEX projects for the improvement / development of processing / manufacturing equipment to enhance the capability of subsea umbilical manufacturing hardware. Effective organisational skills allowing efficient use of resources available. Ability to prepare concise, professional reports while working under own initiative or as part of a team on a variety of projects.
