I never grew up dreaming of becoming a banker (very few do). I owned two photo centers and professional photography studios in the 90\'s. Unfortunately, the advent of digital cameras and cell phones, drove down my sales/profits. As I struggled to keep my businesses afloat, my banker moved on to another opportunity. When I contacted my bank to find out where my banker went, she asked me if I was interested and I responded \"in WHAT?\" She replied she thought I would make a great banker. As a result, two days later I had an interview, four days later I had an offer and six days later I bought several suits. I can safely say I am not your conventional banker. I tell my customers/ members that I have saved my members/clients thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours in time and effort. Further, I promise to contact them regularly (typically, at minimum, Mondays by phone/email) and tell them the \"Good, Bad & Ugly\" every step of the way. If I have to decline someone, I won\'t just show them to the door. In many cases, I will spend more time with a declined applicant than an approval. If the declined applicant will invest the time, I will go over step-by-step what they need to do to get to an approval and I commit to contacting them in the future to see if I can reconsider their request.
