I am a Public Sector Strategist with a strong background in research, organizational development, and policy innovation. My work focuses on helping public and nonprofit organizations improve performance through practical, evidence-based leadership and strategic evaluation.Over the past decade, I have taught and mentored students in public administration, organizational behavior, and governance. My teaching and research have deepened my understanding of how leadership and institutional resilience shape organizational effectiveness and public service outcomes.I enjoy connecting academic research with real-world policy and management challenges. In my work, I use both qualitative and quantitative approaches to study how organizations adapt, learn, and build resilience in changing environments.I am currently open to opportunities in policy analysis, program evaluation, organizational development, and higher education.
