Michael Nicoló is a founding Partner of RSM Canada and established the Business and Professional Services (BPS) industry group in Canada. Under his stewardship the BPS practice executed their business plan and delivered consecutive double digit growth each year. Michael established a solid foundation for predecessors to continue to build upon.Michael is a key member of the Assurance Practice working out of the Toronto office. Prior to founding the Firm, he was a Partner of a multi-national public accounting firm. Michael is sought for his strategic advice, leveraging years of dedicated experience serving the needs of dynamic public and private companies, professional service firms, not-for-profit and public sector organizations. Michael is well versed in both Canadian and International reporting standards.Michael collaborates, engages and provides practical advice and tangible solutions that help organizations achieve their mission, objectives and the returns they are looking while engaging and developing his team members. Michael is committed to working with his clients to provide a personalized, cost-effective and risk-based solution that demonstrates a high regard for the end user’s interest, whether they are the equity holders, financiers or government authorities.Michael contributes to the community through his involvement with the RSM Foundation and various not-for-profit organizations.
