Created and implemented a new globally cross-functional forecasting process within the first two weeks which led to early commitments to our vendor partners and received a 5% FOB discount on Spring 2024 Pos. This process continues to be refined for better adoption globally-Created a Merchandise Financial Plan document and process which allows for product to see how the business has performed over time and to understand what categories/product groups deliver margin and where resources should be deployed to allow for revenue growth in future seasons. This has allowed for a reduction of SKUs by 5% while increasing overall productivity by 9%-Started sharing my knowledge of Power Pivot across the brand to improve employee skills and allow people to have better depth and nuance of the data being provided to them and allow us to make better business decisions. I host monthly Excel classes to help educate my colleagues so the business improves efficiency & output-Continually measured forecast and orderbook accuracy which allows for root-cause analysis to be performed which allows business partners to understand why availability is limited or why we have excess in certain styles. This work has lead to strategic investment in key products, while making divestments in products/categories which are down-trending
