I develop custom acquisition and analysis solutions for Nikon Instruments and our customers using advanced features NIS-Elements, including our JOBS acquisition and GA3 analysis platforms. My position gives me the opportunity to work with multiple groups - from customers, to field representatives, to product and development teams - to develop timely and effective solutions.I support Nikon Instruments\' efforts by providing technical assistance to customers and by assisting the rest of our Software Support group in addressing ongoing challenges. I also provide training to internal staff and develop documentation and other materials to assist in learning and applying image processing and analysis tools.
