Sheldon Athletic Hall of Fame ceremony, collaborating with the Hall of Fame Committee- Act as master of ceremonies for key athletic events, including the Hall of Fame ceremony, senior student-athlete banquet, and student-athlete faculty/staff luncheon- Teach fully accredited St. Lawrence classes on sports broadcasting- Provide media training and interview preparation for coaches and staff- Write and publish press releases and profiles spotlighting student-athletes, coaches, and teams- Coordinate media operations for hosted tournaments and other events- Manage publication timelines, ensuring designs adhere to university branding guidelines, and oversee printing processes- Attend and cover home games for assigned sports, maintaining accurate statistical records- Oversee live streaming, social media, and webcast coverage for athletic events- Produce and edit audio and video content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite- Organize individual and team photo shoots, including media days for Division I men’s and women’s hockey programs- Collaborate with the associate director of athletics on corporate partnerships and manage athletics marketing initiatives- Develop agendas and contribute to monthly University Communications/Athletics meetings.
