Supporting a progressive and collaborative approach to research to deliver impact. Passionate about breaking down barriers to innovation, including unnecessary \"silos\".Development experience across the research spectrum and growing involvement in global impact collaborations. These include high impact multi site clinical trials, infrastructure development - biobanks and imaging as well as laboratory based research such as in regenerative medicine. Recent work has also seen the development and overall promotion of a \"research accerlerator\" network approach to maximse the UK\'s research potential.Responsible for the initiation, development and implementation of a range of collaborative research projects as well as awareness and education programmes, with a particular focus on tackling health inequalities as well as working togeher to tackle the growing burden of multiple health conditions.Role also involves the development and promotion of patient, carer and public involvement and engagement in research working within the kidney community and the wider NIHR Division (2) networks.Key words: prolific networker - creative - problem solver
