About Michael Napoli

I am a court-appointed receiver and counsel to receivers and bankruptcy trustees. But, I also represent investors in Ponzi and other fraudulent schemes across the country. My goal - as a receiver or as counsel to a defrauded investor - is that investors maximize their recovery. To that end, I regularly litigate fraudulent transfer actions in state, federal and bankruptcy court on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. My experience covers a variety of industries with an emphasis on life settlements.Outside of the insolvency arena, I protect individuals and companies facing lawsuits. I work on a wide variety of cases including securities, commercial, and products liability matters. Regardless of the area, I like to work closely with my clients to create practical, business solutions to litigation problems. When I\'m not working, I enjoy shooting trap, five stand and sporting clays.
