Designed and facilitated monthly program management reviews between CG-26 and Intelligence Service Produce Line (ISPL) for cloud based migration and application development projects. Highlights include- Program management of interagency team involving U.S. Coast Guard, International Ice Patrol, and DHS Science and Technology to support the development of TITANIC. TITANIC is a project that seizes on the advancement and cost-effectiveness of satellite technology, as well as the evolution of machine learning and seeks to combine the versatility of commercial Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imagery with the efficiency of computers- Led business and technical requirements design and testing of a cloud based application for preparing U.S. Coast Guard Field Intelligence Reports (FIR). Coordinated multiple User Juries of U.S. Coast Guard intelligence analysts to test prototype applications features and functionality, validate requirements, and identify future product backlog items. Prepared qualitative and quantitative analysis of User Jury feedback and coordinated with Development Team to prioritize Sprint objectives and releases- Co-ordinated monthly program management reviews and contract reporting processes.
