   PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS:• Developed a non 4 bar linkage power running boards, with all new mechanism for F150 vehicle line• Optimized running board system maximum efficiency for improvements in cost, weight, investment.• Developed an efficient blow molded running board for OEM application.• Developed bed rail, tie downs and cleat design for OEM application. SALES PROJECTS:• Successfully obtained OEM RFQ’s and purchase orders for OEM blow molded running board for $10Mil in revenue and $2Mil in profit• Successfully obtained RFQ’s for injection molded, chromed, and painted parts on Tesla, Lucid, and Ford ProductsPURCHASING AND SUPPLY CHAIN PROJECTS:• Successfully prevented OEM plant shut down by re-sourcing production parts with an alternative supplier while providing $600K in annual savings. • Competitively quoted components to generate most efficient buying power resulting in 30% cost savings on new products and $1.5Mil in savings on current products. • Successfully negotiated cost reduction opportunities with incumbent suppliers to generate 0.5Mil in annual savings• Completed RFQ Packages, negotiated pricing with suppliers, sourced components and built strong supplier relations• Identified and executed significant cost savings in freight and shipping costs. Lead a team of purchasing, engineering, cost estimating, marketing, and finance to develop commodity business plans for wiper system, moon roofs, running boards, badges, and glazing. Commodity business plan studies all completes commodity engineering, marketing, and supply chain strategies to assure maximum efficiencies while maintaining customer satisfaction, wants and desires.
