Co-chairperson of the HR DEI Council. Previous roles at Google: Organizational Development Partner for Google Cloud (included consulting with senior leaders on leader development, leadership team effectiveness, change management, organizational design and organizational effectiveness); Head of Executive Development Programs (led a team who designed and delivered leadership programs for our senior leaders); Head of Manager Development for Asia (led a team who delivered manager development programs across Asia, based in Singapore and Sydney for a year) and Head of Culture Development (led a team who designed and delivered our culture related programs Google wide).
