About Michael Muratori
I started my career in the HVAC industry as a residential installation apprentice, learning the trade from the ground up. Those early years gave me a strong technical foundation and a deep respect for the work that happens in the field every day. Through hard work and a commitment to doing things the right way, I advanced to Foreman, where I led installation crews and took responsibility for delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. From there, I moved into a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Technician role, expanding my experience into more complex systems and larger environments. That transition strengthened my troubleshooting skills and gave me a broader understanding of both residential and commercial operations. Today, I serve as Vice President of Service Operations. I oversee multiple divisions that make up our service department, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and special projects. My role focuses on building strong teams, developing leaders, improving processes, and ensuring our operations run smoothly across all divisions. I’m involved in hiring, strategic planning, and day-to-day operational oversight, with a constant focus on accountability, performance, and delivering reliable service to our customers. My career has been built on steady growth, hands-on experience, and a belief that strong leadership starts with understanding the work at every level.
