About Michael Mullin

Mr. Mullin has extensive litigation experience and has tried to conclusion more than 50 jury trials and numerous bench trials in disputes involving personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, toxic tort and insurance coverage. Mullin\'s litigation experience has been recognized for many years in Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA. Benchmark Litigation has repeatedly named Mullin a \"Local Litigation Star.\" Mullin has also been inducted into the International Association of Defense Counsel, Litigation Counsel of America and the American Board of Trial Advocates. Additionally, since Mullin has served as a mediator in over disputes, with over 90% resulting in a successful agreement. Mr. Mullin has been inducted into the International Academy of Mediators, the American College of Civil Trial Mediators, and is a charter member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He was a founding member of the Nebraska Mediation Association. Best Lawyers in America has named Mr. Mullin as a \"Lawyer of the Year\" for Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2011, Mediation in 2014, Insurance Law in 2017, Arbitration in 2018, and again in Mediation in both 2019 and 2021. One of the busiest mediators in the US, Mullin is mediating over 300 disputes per year across the country. With the pandemic of 2020, Mr. Mullin became proficient in conducting mediations via the Zoom platform, and he conducted over 250 Zoom mediations during 2020.
