   Lead the hospital’s Cybersecurity Program, spearheading the development of its first Cybersecurity Risk Committee (CRC) and serving as an active member of the Cybersecurity Steering Committee of the Board, Compliance Committee and Cybersecurity Working Group. Drive alignment between strategic organizational goals and advanced cybersecurity practices, focusing on safeguarding sensitive data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enabling uninterrupted patient care through proactive security measures and operational excellence.Collaborate closely with internal and external IT Support, IT management, Consultants, and various department heads and staff to optimize resources and meet day-to-day operational demands, emphasizing 24/7 system availability to safeguard patient services. Partner and assist with Project Management duties with vendors and business associates to implement new systems, manage migrations, and execute upgrades, ensuring seamless interoperability with the hospital’s clinical and business workflows.Design and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity controls to protect sensitive patient and hospital data, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as NIST RMF/CSF, HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR, and CIS.
