   Monitor and analyze project performance, capacity, reliability, and stability metrics as the Functional Program Manager supporting the Veteran\'s Administration cybersecurity efforts. Support the projects and customers at the Operations Planning meetings, assessing change impact, performing risk mitigation, and organizing communication plans. Serve as the project’s primary technical point-of-contact (POC), facilitating and coordinating customer requirements, supporting life-cycle plans, integration efforts, and other actions, as required. Upkeep Corporate Data Center Operations (CDCO) standards during meetings, release management/operational readiness reviews, and other work sessions, such as planning and budgeting.
