I have a proven track record of developing solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders. I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic self-starter who excels at bringing diverse groups of people together to collaborate, solve problems, and deliver results. During my career, I have driven record results for annual funds and then scholarship giving from $1.6 million a year to over $4.7 million a year, established a self-sustaining alumni organization for a campus/college that no longer exists, and led efforts to reinvigorate vision, passion, and health for six congregations as an intentional interim leader. Now, I lead the fund development efforts for Youth for Christ Northern Indiana (City Life, Campus Life, and Juvenile Justice Ministry). For fun, I love keeping stats and serving as a public address announcer for high school sports, where I can encourage and lift up young people who need positivity in their lives.
