About Michael Morse
My career focus is on facilitating understanding of groundwater science through effective communication and education outreach. I am honored to be part of a technical team that conducts studies that evaluate long-term hydrologic performance of disposal cell covers, cover systems, and cover management strategies. In other words, we investigate what happens when precipitation falls on a man-made structure designed to isolate low-level radioactive waste from adversely affecting the surrounding environment.
