Selected to help with Ultomiris launch in Germany in 2019. Successfully promoted 1 RAM to an Operations and Training role in 2019. My team achieved 4 of the 12 Founders Club awards in 2018. Founders Club rank 3/12 in 2018. Experience working on value proposition for launch of Ultomiris. Successfully helped 3 RAM’S move into a promoted role in 20••••17. Exceeded expectations for my objectives and financial results in 2015 and was ranked at 128% to goal. Founders Club rank 4/12 in 2015. Successfully developed 4 of my RAM’s who have taken on opportunities with increased responsibility. Regional Excellence Award winner Q4 2014. Achieved immediate success with our PNH business by ending 2014 with a net of 10.
