By blending my tax law expertise with my passion for music and entertainment, I have created a practice that is unique. I love winning successful outcomes for my clients, from selling a music catalogue and maximizing the tax savings, to restructuring an entertainment corporation in a tax-free reorganization to save millions of dollars in taxes. As a former trial lawyer for the IRS and a Certified Specialist in Taxation Law, I dig deep to provide insightful resolutions to my clients’ complicated tax, estate and business transaction issues. Faced with a labyrinth, I love to get to the bottom of a challenging complex legal matter. I’m the fixer, solving problems so my clients can get on with their lives, with one less business problem to deal with. Although my core competency is within the arenas of tax and entertainment, I have significant expertise covering a wide range of businesses. My diverse client base ranges from major studio executives, Grammy-winning recording artists, production companies, film and TV composers, talent agencies and payroll companies, to skin healthcare companies, software companies, and an award-winning winery.The law has always been my passion. When I was 14 I was a member of a Future Lawyers of America club—I’ve stuck to the game ever since.
