As the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations at BHSH, I manage the full cycle of recruitment and employee relations for all the brands under the BHSH umbrella, including Justin Brands, a 142-year old western footwear company with an intriguing history and lots of stories to tell. I partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, design and implement effective sourcing and screening strategies, and deliver top talent professionals to the organization. I also oversee the employee relations function, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, resolving employee issues, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. I leverage my skills in human resources, internet recruiting, and communication to achieve these goals and contribute to the growth and success of BHSH and its brands.
