Successful in negotiating contracts which allowed Quantum to add two new distributors, with one having a focus in the Federal space. Address distribution pricing/product questions, develop marketing campaigns which align with our corporate strategy. Routinely visit distribution to review inventory, sales recruitment, and coordinate sales trainings. Successfully worked on and was selected responses to the NASPO contract, which resulted in Quantum being sleeted as being a contract holder. Assist the Video Surveillance Team with their distributors and system integrators to ensure they have all the necessary training, marketing, & pricing programs. Awarded Americas Manager of the Year in 2023 Awarded Video Surveillance Manager of the Year in2023
