I specialize in Community Association Law. I represent homeowner and condominium associations. I also represent real estate developers. I draft and amend governing documents, assist boards in making operational decisions, provide guidance and direction regarding new legislation, and help developers create and set up the associations that will ultimately manage their developments. Having previously been involved with construction defect litigation, I have unique experience in advising both developers and associations as to the risks, rewards, pros, and cons of such litigation. I am involved with drafting legislation that impacts associations as a member of the Community Association Institute Utah Legislative Action Committee.
