Mike hosts a vast experience in the food and beverage industry business, having been in this business for over 25 years. Mike started as General Manager of Club Coconuts and then owner and operator of many successful businesses in Cleveland\'s Flats District; Howl at The Moon Saloon, Power Play Gameroom, Club 1148, to name just a few. He is currently Owner of Paninis (Cleveland Heights, Ohio) and is a partner in Paninis Brunswick, Ohio and is a partner in the “Beer Market” in Vernon Hills, Illinois. He is also a member of the national franchise company (Beer Head) for the Beer Market. Additionally Mike also currently serves as Director of Special Services for Jeffrey P Jacobs (Chairman of The Board) The Jacobs Entertainment Company of Ohio and Colorado (with gaming as the main function of this entertainment company). Mike was the Senior partner in Octos Management Company a personal management company of various MMA / UFC Fighters, the vast list which included Two Time Undefeated Heavyweight World Champion Stipe Miocic and also nationally ranked Jessica Eye. Mike has developed a keen understanding of the restaurant / bar and total entertainment markets and has provided an intricate directional model for many of the operations he is involved in.
