   Install and maintain various types of telecommunications equipment such as Juniper, Accedian, Nokia, & various Cisco routers and switches, etc.Regular use of power tools and equipment related to installation and maintenance of network equipment.Work with AC and DC power in the capacity of installing equipment, as well as battery strings and rectifier units.Troubleshoot equipment including OTDR/Light Meter, TBERD, EXFO, Ethernet Test Set, Toner, etc.IP networkingConfigure CPE equipment with use of templates.Navigation of a CLI and menu treePrompt communication and updating of orders, tickets, documentation, etc.Work with other departments (such as NOC, Transport Engineering, Core, Service Delivery, etc.) to ensure customer is being supported from ‘start to finish’ and issues/concerns resolved in a timely matter.
