In my current role, I lead strategic direction of Masonic Temple and Masonic Library and Museum, promoting their cultural, architectural, and historical significance through marketing, public relations, and community outreach. I rent venue to wide range of noteworthy individuals. I generate and deliver documentation deliverables, manage inventory, and assess business impacts. I act as primary decision-maker for matters, such as lending pieces to other institutions, acquiring new items, setting preservation priorities, and managing deaccessioning. Furthermore, I collaborate with CEO to oversee three key district areas; building maintenance, library and museum, and ONE. Nurture relationships with Philadelphia government officials. Moreover, I provide solutions for unforeseeable issues and maintain compliance with Masonic Library and Museum policies.• Managed operating budget of $3 million and capital budget ranging from $2 to $4 million annually, while strategically planning for various budgeting periods, including one to five years, six to ten years, and over ten years.• Served as advisor to The Right Worshipful Grand Lodge of most ancient and honorable fraternity of free and accepted Masons of Pennsylvania and Masonic Jurisdictions.• Streamlined operational practices as well as adopted technologies increasing performance and productivity by conducting research to identify innovative ways.
