Over 30 years of experience completing large and complex projects involving hazardous waste and petroleum hydrocarbon site characterization and remediation. I have designed and completed a wide range of remediation programs for groundwater, surface water, soil, and sediments, as well as closures for waste management units, surface impoundments, and permitted industrial process facilities. I am also highly experienced with permitting remedial construction in wetlands and sensitive habitats with California and Federal natural resource agencies, e.g, US Army Corps of Engineers.My extensive technical background, wide-ranging and practical experience, and skills in engineering management make me an effective leader of multi-disciplinary project teams solving difficult problems. I have directed environmental programs for industry, PRP groups, and large landowners.
