In after six years as the tour manager for Dave Matthews Band, Michael co-founded ATO Records and his own artist management company, Mick Management. In 2008, he left ATO Records to focus on management exclusively. Based in Brooklyn with offices in Nashville and Los Angeles, Mick Management represents Ray LaMontagne, WALK THE MOON, Jake Minch, Sharon Van Etten, My Morning Jacket, Brett Dennen, The 502\'s, Leon Bridges, Maggie Rogers, Zandi Holup, Caamp, Hamilton Leithauser, The Walkmen, Backseat Lovers, Natalie Hemby, The Marias, Marlon Funaki, Chezile & David Gray.
